1. Use of the Platform

MARLO provides AI-assisted marketing planning, content generation, and workflow tools. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for:

All content you input into the system
All outputs you choose to use or publish

2. No Guarantees

MARLO provides recommendations, outputs, and insights based on available data and AI systems.

We do not guarantee:

Business results, revenue, or performance outcomes
Accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content
Compliance with industry regulations without your review

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use.

3. Beta Disclaimer

During the beta period:

Features may change, break, or be removed at any time
Data may not be retained
Performance may be inconsistent

You agree to use MARLO at your own risk during this phase.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MARLO and its operators will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
Decisions made based on Platform outputs

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any).

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account confidentiality
All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for misuse or risk.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your inputs
You may use outputs generated by the Platform
MARLO retains ownership of its system, prompts, workflows, and underlying technology

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
